Are you already a homeowner struggling to make your mortgage payments? Our housing counselors at our Borrower Help Centers are able to help you too. They'll provide financial counseling and work with you to evaluate your options to prevent foreclosure.
Freddie Mac Borrower Help Centers are located in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New York, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Borrowers living nearby can meet in–person with the nonprofit's HUD–certified counselor, or talk by telephone. The national Freddie Mac Borrower Help Network assists homeowners by telephone who do not live near a Borrower Help Center.
