Two Freddie Mac top-ranking women recently received honors for their industry contributions – Senior Vice Presidents Christina Boyle and Debby Jenkins.
Christina Boyle – Power Player
Christina Boyle, senior vice president and head of Single-Family sales and relationship management, was named to MReport’s 2015 Power Player list, recognizing pre-eminent women leaders in the industry for their achievements in housing. The six women that received this top honor are mortgage and housing veterans who have risen to the top and today are strong leaders helping to the shape the industry.
Boyle leads the team that manages Freddie Mac’s single-family sourcing relationships with 2,000+ lender customers and is responsible for the overall customer experience. In her role overseeing customer engagement activities with lenders of all sizes, Freddie Mac and its customers helped 1.5 million families buy or refinance their home over the last year.
Debby Jenkins – Woman of Influence
Debby Jenkins, senior vice president and national head of Multifamily underwriting and credit, was named a Women of Influence by HousingWire and Real Estate Forum magazines. She is among a select group of women who have carved out a reputation for themselves among their counterparts and are moving the commercial real estate markets forward.
Jenkins has overseen the underwriting of more than $100 billion in loans in the last four years at Freddie Mac where she manages the underwriting and credit approvals for all multifamily debt, and 150 underwriting and credit staff. These loans have a very low delinquency rate of only 1 basis point.
