    We offer reimbursement up to $8,300 for eligible employees who adopt a child.

  • Thrift/401(k) Savings Plan
    Employees can participate in our Thrift/401(k) Savings Plan shortly after they are hired and are eligible for a 100 percent company match, up to the first 6 percent of pay, and a fixed annual contribution after one year of service.
  • Life Insurance
    We offer automatic life insurance coverage at one times annual base pay with the option to purchase additional coverage. We also provide accidental death & personal loss, and business travel accident insurance.
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans

Your Time

Our policies place a high priority on supporting flexibility and balance for your work and life.

  • Vacation
    New hire employees accrue 10 days of vacation, 15 days if hired with mid-career status, or 20 days if hired as an officer. After their first year, employees may elect to purchase additional vacation time above their core accrual.
  • Holidays
    We observe seven scheduled federal holidays and four discretionary holidays each year.
  • Sick Leave
    We offer full-time employees eight days of sick leave per calendar year with the ability to carry over seven days of sick leave each year.
  • Bereavement Leave
    We offer employees up to three days of paid leave for the death of an immediate relative or household member.
  • Jury Duty Leave
    We offer employees leave for jury duty or to comply with a subpoena or court order.
  • Military Leave
    Employees are entitled to take leave to serve in the Uniformed Services consistent with the requirements of the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act. The continuation of benefits during leave and the right to be re-employed upon completion of such leave depend on a number of circumstances, including the duration of the leave.
  • Adoption Leave
    We offer employees up to 30 days of paid leave to care for a newly adopted child.
  • Family and Medical Leave
    Employees may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave for a serious health condition or to care for an eligible family member.
  • Short-Term Disability Leave
    We offer up to 180 days of paid leave for employees that experience illness or injury.
