Division of Enterprise Risk Oversight
Our Analyst Associate Program (AAP) is designed to equip you with the knowledge you'll need to accelerate your career, right out the gate. Not only will you learn about operations within the ERO division, but you'll also have hands-on experience in risk management, auditing, investments and customer management. You'll collaborate with senior-level Accountants, Financial Analysts, Researchers and Risk Managers, all of whom want to make sure that, upon program completion, you are rigorously trained and ready to tackle the challenges of your Freddie Mac career.
During our year-long program, you will rotate through three different departments in the ERO division. Upon the conclusion of your rotations, you'll sit down with department managers and work together to make sure your career is headed in the direction you'd like to go.
