Whether it's help in understanding disabilities, support getting through a difficult time or valuable information on where to go and who to talk to, Freddie Mac is here for our employees.
The Abilities Network at Freddie Mac provides a voice, and an established channel of support, for those experiencing disabilities. It promotes the individual contributions of Freddie Mac team members, supports those who have family members or loved ones with disabilities, and helps educate the entire workforce about the abilities and unique challenges of this group.
In addition, the network has recently expanded its support groups to include assistance for those with "invisible illness." We are continually updating our programs and services to address the specific, individualized needs of employees who participate in the network.
