ARISE (African Americans, Resources and Information Sharing for Everyone) creates mentoring, networking and professional development opportunities within Freddie Mac for multicultural employees. It provides, promotes and expands opportunities for African-Americans by sharing information, facilitating career development, promoting awareness and influencing growth.
The ARISE Network allows you to take advantage of opportunities to network with Freddie Mac staff at all levels and in all divisions, from Managers and Directors to Vice Presidents. ARISE leverages opportunities to expand your knowledge base through programs that target key business and personal issues, and also provides a forum to increase business skills through volunteer work.
