WIN supports the Freddie Mac community by addressing important issues for working women, like work/life balance.
WIN (Women's Interactive Network) promotes and supports the development of a community of women at Freddie Mac by providing opportunities for networking, learning and career development. Due to the scope and diversity of WIN membership, participants are able to define the value of the network in a unique, individualized context via access to meaningful and targeted programs and activities.
WIN enhances the lives of its members by providing opportunities to develop and focus on leadership; cross-divisional networking; and personal and professional development through exposure to all levels of Freddie Mac employees – outside of day-to-day responsibilities.
WIN provides a non-competitive/non-threatening atmosphere in which women employees can openly exchange ideas and information. It also facilitates communication among employees across all levels of the corporation to champion the cause for workforce diversification, and emphasize the contributions of women.
