Encourage those seeking mortgage relief to visit the Mortgage Help Navigator, our newest, interactive online tool that helps your clients learn more about the options that may best meet their personal circumstances, whether they have little or no equity and need to refinance, need more affordable payments to stay in their home -- or, if homeownership is no longer affordable, options to help them exit gracefully and avoid the impacts of foreclosure. You can also find other useful links such as calculators, worksheets, videos, educational resources, a listing of foreclosure prevention workshops, and more.
- Refer your clients to our Avoiding Fraud page to help them learn how to identify and report mortgage fraud.
