Guide Forms

Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Forms – All of the Guide forms used in the origination, selling, and servicing of Freddie Mac-owned or securitized mortgages. (Forms 1–2999) Form 16SF – Completion of the Annual Eligibility Certification Report is a requirement defined by Section 4.9 of the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide. Sign up for Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) to automatically pay your Seller, GoldWorks and Loan Prospector fees. Never worry about lost checks again.

Loan Prospector® Forms – The Loan Prospector Appraisal Forms (1149, 2055 and 2070) and underwriting transmittal summary (Form 1077). Form 1107SF – The Seller/Servicer Change Notification Form must be submitted whenever institutional changes occur per Sections 4.11-4.13 of the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide.

Uniform Mortgage Instruments

• Uniform Mortgage Instruments — The legal documents that must be used when originating mortgages to be sold to Freddie Mac and may be used when originating other mortgages. You will find the most recent security instruments, notes and riders, and loan application as referenced in Exhibit 4 of the Guide (Forms 3000-3999 and 5000-5999 and Forms 65-65A).
