Mr. Boisi has been Chairman and Senior Partner of Roundtable Investment Partners, a private investment management firm, since March 2005.  He was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in January 2008.

Mr. Boisi is the retired vice chairman and co-chief executive officer of JP Morgan Chase and Company. He held that position, and was a member of the Executive Committee and Management Committee from 2000 to May 2002.

From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Boisi was the founding chairman and senior partner of the Beacon Group, a private investment, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory firm. From 1971 to 1993, he held various positions at Goldman Sachs & Company, including senior general partner, member of the firm’s Management Committee and head of the investment banking business.
