Thank you for your interest in Loan Closing AdvisorSM system-to-system access for your organization. With Loan Closing Advisor system-to-system access, your loan origination system (LOS) sends the Uniform Closing Dataset directly to Loan Closing Advisor and returns the results to your LOS.

Please allow two business days to process your Loan Closing Advisor registration request. Once the setup process is complete, you’ll receive an email with your LOS system-to-system access authentication ID and password (i.e., the “Authentication Credentials, as more fully defined under the applicable Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide ("Guide") or Related Third Party Agreement (“RTP Agreement”). Authentication Credentials are tracked at the organization level, and only one set is required per organization.
