The following online tool provides a replica of the ‘Create New Loan’ screen in the Freddie Mac selling system. You may use this tool to explore the selling system Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) field names as they will appear with the April 23, 2012 implementation.

When you click on a ULDD data-field name, a new window displays the definition, valid values, when and how to use the data point, the Form 11/13SF equivalent (if applicable) and the Sort ID number.  If you need further clarification regarding a data point, you can use the Sort ID number to locate the data point in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Chapter A17 or Appendices A and D, as applicable.

This field level help will be available in the Freddie Mac ULDD selling system customer test environment and in the updated selling system.
