Alternatives to Foreclosure
Our Alternatives to Foreclosure publication has been updated to reflect recent policy changes including our requirement to send breach letters to delinquent borrowers no later than the 60th day of delinquency, and report via EDR the date the breach letter was sent, as announced in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide Bulletin 2008-1. We have also streamlined all content regarding developing and executing resolution plans into one chapter. |
