Course Cancellation and Registration Questions

For registration questions or to request a course cancellation, please email Training_Registrar@freddiemac.com or call 800-FREDDIE.
Note: All web conferences are conducted according to Eastern time and are free of charge; however, you will be assessed a fee of $50 if you do not attend the session and fail to cancel your registration 24 hours in advance.

Confirming Your Registration

Although you will receive notice that your request was received at the time you register, please wait for your confirmation letter before making travel and hotel reservations. Confirmation letters are sent by email or fax 3-4 weeks prior to the scheduled workshop.

Registration Fee

• Full-day workshop fees include workshop materials, continental breakfast and lunch
• Half-day workshop fees includes workshop materials and a meal or refreshments

When you register using your Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer number, the fee is automatically billed to the organization identified by that number.

What To Wear

Business or business casual is appropriate dress at all workshops.
