Selling System - How To Enter Form 11/13 Data In The Selling System

This job aid provides details on how to enter data on the Create New Loan page in the Selling System. A glossary containing the terminology used for the Selling System data fields will display to help explain what to enter in each field.

To use the job aid, click the field name or data entry box for an explanation of the desired field. A new window displays providing the specific Selling System field name, definition and additional data requirements for the selected field, when applicable.

For an example of what you will see when you click any of the fields, see this description:

• Selling System Field Name: Name of the field on the Selling System page to use for entering data
• Selling System Definition: Short description of the field name to help with entering data
• Selling System Valid Value: Specific value to use when entering data for a particular field
• Data Comments: Additional comments that can provide further clarity to use for entering data
• Required (Yes/No): Value to identify whether the field is mandatory or optional
