This job aid provides details on how to enter Form 11/13 data on the Create New Loan screen in the selling system. It compares the terminology used for the selling system data fields to that used for the Form 11/13. In some cases, field names representing the same data may be different. This job aid is designed to bridge those differences in terminology.

To use the job aid, click the field name or data entry box for the field. A new window displays that provides the selling system field name and definition and the Form 11/13 field name and definition. In addition, data comments, requirements, and valid values are also provided when applicable.
