Balloon/Resets

As of October 1, 2011, Freddie Mac's servicing requirements for Balloon/Reset Mortgages are included in Guide Chapter A83 which replaces Guide Chapter 83. The Servicing Maturing Balloon/Reset Mortgages Manual has been removed from the website. Relevant materials are being incorporated into the Servicing Maturing Balloon/Reset Mortgages Quick Reference Guide which will be available in the near future.
