Freddie Mac Issues Monthly Volume Summary for April 2013
The total mortgage portfolio increased at an annualized rate of 0.6% in April. The aggregate unpaid principal balance (UPB) of our mortgage-related investments portfolio decreased by approximately $5.9 billion at April 30, 2013.
