Freddie Mac Issues Monthly Volume Summary for August 2013
The total mortgage portfolio decreased at an annualized rate of 5.0% in August. The aggregate unpaid principal balance (UPB) of our mortgage-related investments portfolio decreased by approximately $9.3 billion at August 31, 2013.
