Data Subscriptions

Freddie Mac offers both Data Subscriptions (where investors are automatically sent files by e-mail or FTP) and a Password Required Site to retrieve PC (pool) data.

Data Subscriptions

Files by Category are available to the public free of charge. Subscription Categories include: Structuring Files, Settlement Files, REMIC and STRIP Offering Circulars, Factor Files, Coupon Files, Product Specific Reports, the Daily New Issue File Report, the REMIC Segment File, News Briefs, Giant Offering Circulars, and PC Offering Circulars. Password Required Site

Bulk PC data files are available via a Password Required Site to data information vendors and end users upon execution of the licensing agreement. See below for more information. Enter Data Vendor Secure Site

The Password Required Site includes the following six monthly files (released 6 PM on the 4th business day) and four daily files for all outstanding Freddie Mac PC pools (released prior to 7 AM):
