Hear What Last Year's Attendees Had to Say

The conference was organized and well-thought out. The location and hotel accommodations were excellent and social/networking events were very enjoyable. I look forward to next year's conference.
2016 Attendee
It was a good combination of broad messages outlining future goals with specific product information that helped to understand how those goals could be achieved. Good connection between strategic message and tactical underpinnings.

Preliminary Schedule

The conference schedule is packed with great speakers, engaging content and many networking opportunities.

8 am – 3 pm
Advisory Committee Meetings – for committee members only

Start the conference off right by joining our always-popular community service event. We’ll be working at a local school again this year helping to paint and make other minor improvements. We can’t guarantee you’ll stay clean, but we can guarantee a great time.

The school's well-kept and updated appearance is a testament to the dedication of its principal, staff, students and community involvement. But don’t be fooled by appearances -- Solano Elementary School is a Title 1 school, serving over 650 culturally, racially and linguistically diverse students in Pre-K-sixth grade. With over 80 percent of students qualifying for reduced or free lunch, Solano has elected to provide free meals twice a day to all students at the school. In the spirit of collaboration that has served them well in partnering with the community, the school has decided to designate Monday, October 16 as a "community service day" for its students and teachers. Over the course of several hours, we will make an impact at this school by helping to:

  • Replace and add new raised garden beds
  • Paint alphabet letters and sight words
  • Repaint the basketball court
  • Repaint the USA map with capitals
  • Build and repair benches and picnic tables on campus
  • Power wash/remove hopscotch areas
  • Paint playground pillars
  • Categorize the book library

Experience the beauty of the pristine Sonoran Desert with your cowboy guides. The desert holds so much more than what meets the eye. Learn some of the secrets of the desert's inhabitants as your guides demonstrate how the Cavalry and the Native Americans used the abundant desert plants to survive. Don’t forget your camera; guests will witness some of the best panoramic views that Arizona has to offer during the short nature walk. This tour is the perfect blend for groups that are interested not only in an adventure but also appreciate the cultural background and history of the desert.
