Instructions for Using Fillable Forms

  1. When your selected form opens, press the Tab key to go to the first field
  2. Type your information in the field, then simultaneously press the Shift key and the Enter key to go to the second line in the field, if applicable
  3. Press Tab to continue to the next field, completing each applicable field as you go
  4. Simultaneously press the Shift key and the Tab key if you need to return to the previous field
  5. To mark a check box, press Enter while your cursor is in the checkbox
  6. You can save your work by selecting Save As in the File Menu, then choosing the appropriate drive, directory and file name for the way you work
  7. When you’ve completed the form, print it, sign it and mail it to the appropriate Freddie Mac address
