Tom Hamill Appointed Regional Director for Northeast

Effective June 16, 2011, Tom Hamill was named Managing Director-Production, in the Northeast Region. For the past four years, Tom has served as the head of Underwriting in the Northeast. Moving from underwriting to sales is a great fit for Tom. He has strong relationships with many of our Seller/Servicers already.
With more than 25 years in the commercial mortgage industry, primarily in senior underwriting roles, Tom brings a credit perspective that definitely will provide additional value in your funding needs. Please welcome Tom Hamill to Multifamily Production & Sales, and thank Peter Giles for his service in a dual role for the past two months.
