Today, Freddie Mac is posting Guide Bulletins for both the Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide and the Freddie Mac Delegated Underwriting for Targeted Affordable Housing Guide on AllRegs. In the latest Guide Bulletins, we are including our Adjustable-Rate Product for Capital Markets Execution (CME), clarifying our underwriting provisions, adding requirements for the Final Delivery Package, updating the Borrower Certificate and Ground Lease Analysis forms, adding a certification for MultiSuite system administrators, and making other changes.
