Effective Date of Fidelity and E&O Insurance Changes

In the November 30, 2011, Guide Bulletin we updated our fidelity and errors & omissions (E&O) insurance requirements in Section 3.14. This was necessary to keep pace with the changes in the insurance market since our last update four years ago. We are now clarifying that the new fidelity and E&O insurance requirements apply to all new policies and all renewals on or after January 2, 2012.
