Document Management System Master Listing Mapping Updates

In December, we introduced six new document types for the Document Management System (DMS) to support the consolidated underwriting checklist. We accidentally duplicated one of these document types during these recent changes. Both the Seller/Seller Servicer Underwriting Deliveries group and the Final Delivery Package group contain the same the document name, HAP Contract and Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contract.

To avoid any confusion when uploading your final underwriting package to DMS, we are deactivating the HAP Contract document name in the Final Delivery Package group and creating a new document type, HAP Contract Assignment.

To align with this change, we updated the Master Document Listing Mapping in the Document Management System Resources section under Tools and Resources in MultiSuite®. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact your Freddie Mac regional representative.
