- Property inspection requirements
- Underwriting packages
- Reporting changes to the Seller/Servicer's fidelity and E&O insurance
Freddie Mac is also posting a Guide Bulletin for the Delegated Underwriting for Targeted Affordable Housing (TAH) Guide, which includes changes to our provisions for:
- Appraisals
- System administrators
- Reporting changes to the TAH Seller/Servicer's fidelity and E&O insurance
