Asset Management Users – Navigating Our New Website

Freddie Mac will launch our newly redesigned Multifamily website on March 12, replacing the MultiSuite on the Internet® portal with a newly functionally organized FreddieMac.com site.

See our Asset Management Users – Navigating Our New Website for a summary of the key site changes and an overview of where you will access your applications and resources with the launch of the new site on March 12.

As an Asset Management user, the new site will provide you with:

• Access to MultiSuite for Assessments and DMS applications, the ICT, and additional content resources now organized for Asset Management users
• New search functionality by resource name and within resource content
• Ability to instantaneously filter a list of Asset Management Resource Center references
• A simplified user experience by integrating all Multifamily content within FreddieMac.com

You will continue to access MultiSuite for Assessments and any designated secured content (now indicated by a padlock symbol) through the same MultiSuite authorization credentials you have used in the past.  When you click on an application or content with a padlock, simply enter the same user name and password you have always used and you will have immediate access to whatever you need within the site.
