Property Reporting System Launching April 2

The Property Reporting System (PRS) will launch on Monday, April 2. When the system launches, you will be able to access the link to login to PRS on the Asset Management page on All PRS resources, including the forms, are available in the PRS section of the Asset Management Resources page.

As a reminder, you should not submit any assessments for 2012 in the MultiSuite for Assessments application. We will retire the MultiSuite for Assessments application later in 2012.

PRS Training

We are providing training for PRS on Monday, April 2 at 2:00 p.m. ET. You can register on the Multifamily Events page.

Information About Your User Credentials for PRS

  • On April 2, you will receive an email from that provides you with your PRS user ID and temporary password.
  • To make your transition to PRS easier, we are recreating the same User ID that you use to access MultiSuite for Assessments for your use in PRS. However, since PRS is a separate system, the first time you use PRS you will need to reset the temporary password that you receive in the email.
  • You can then create a PRS password identical to your MultiSuite for Assessments password and simplify your credentials. Going forward, you will be required to reset your password every 90 days in PRS. 

Portfolio Access in PRS

To simplify your use of PRS, we have worked with your System Administrator to create access to all your portfolios (if applicable), consolidating your access into one ID. That ID will be provided to you in the April 2 email.

  • If you determine at launch that you need to add access to any additional portfolios to your new ID, please contact your System Administrator, who can modify your access to add or remove portfolios to your ID as part of your PRS access rights.

On or after April 2, if you have any issues with your PRS password or your User ID, contact your Asset Performance mailbox
