Document Management System Enhancements and Updates
August 24, 2012
The latest enhancement to our Document Management System (DMS) allows you to upload your Loan Submission Template (LST) and other loan documents more easily.
Excel XLSM Documents Now Accepted
DMS now accepts file extension XLSM – Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook. This eliminates an extra step in uploading your LST to DMS. You no longer have to change your LST file format to XLS before submission to DMS in order to save your Excel macros.
DMS accepts the following file extensions:
- TIFF (.tiff or .tiff)
- PDF (.pdf)
- Text (.txt)
- HTML (.htm or .html)
- XML (.xml)
- Excel 2003 and prior (.xls)
- Word 2003 and prior (.doc)
- JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg)
- Word 2007 (.docx)
- Excel 2007 (.xlsx)
- Excel 2007 (.xlsm)
DMS Master Document Listing Update for Post Funding
We renamed the Hazard Loss Summary Form 1140 in DMS. Form 1140 is used by Servicers when significant hazard losses occur. You should submit the Hazard Loss Form as your recommendation for a borrower’s required damage repair and for the monitoring, approving and drawing of releases.
The following Asset Management change is effective for DMS:
| Action | Current Document Name | New Document Name | Grouping Name | Title to be Added by Seller |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Renaming of existing document type | Hazard Loss Summary T539 (Form 1140) | Hazard Loss – Form 1140 | AM - Insurance – Post Funding |
