Today, Freddie Mac is publishing Guide Bulletins for both the Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide and the Freddie Mac Delegated Underwriting for Targeted Affordable Housing Guide on AllRegs.
Chapter 31 Insurance Provisions Are Effective on
January 1, 2013
- Today’s Bulletins are reminders of the January 1, 2013 effective date for the insurance provision changes that we announced in the September 28 Guide Bulletins.
- With today’s Bulletins, we’re removing Chapters 31A and 31B, and Chapter 31 will now be the only chapter stating our insurance requirements.
- We’re making additional changes throughout the Guide to reflect this update.
