DMS Master Document Listing Update for Third Party Reports

Last month, we introduced three new Third Party Reporting Review Aids. Seller/Servicers are using these documents during the underwriting process to review the quality and completeness of environmental and property condition reports before submitting the underwriting package.
New document types have been created in the Document Management System (DMS) to support electronic submission of these new review aids with your underwriting package. The following new document types are now available in Third Party Reports folder in DMS:
