Insurance Compliance Tool (ICT) Automation and Navigation Enhancements Save Seller/Servicers Steps and Time

The most user requested feature for the Insurance Compliance Tool (ICT) will debut on February 3, 2014. The latest ICT upgrade automates document uploads from ICT into our Document Management System (DMS).

Automation Improvements

ICT will be updated to allow the following records to be automatically sent to the appropriate DMS loan files:

  • Form 1133 Seller/Servicer Certification of Insurance Coverage
  • New Origination Waivers
  • Update Summary Records
  • Renewal Waivers

The records will be stored in predefined document types in DMS based on the ICT record type. ICT will send PDF images along with any associated attachments and public notes.

The upload automation of these ICT records into DMS eliminates the need for Seller/Servicers to create PDF files and duplicate uploads to both ICT and DMS. This new ICT automation feature will save Seller/Servicers time and improve documentation of insurance compliance.

Training and Outage Notification

Please plan to attend the ICT webinar on Thursday, January 30, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. ET. This training session will walk you through this new ICT enhancement. Registration is now available and recommended for all ICT users.

Please note that all the new ICT features will be live when you log in on Monday, February 3. In preparation for this upgrade, ICT will be unavailable beginning Friday, January 31 at 10:00 p.m. ET. ICT will resume availability at 8:00 a.m. ET on Monday, February 3.
