New Site Simplifies Loan Accounting Reporting

We are changing the method for submitting loan servicing reports from email to document upload. Soon, Servicers must begin using the new Loan Servicing site within our Document Management System (DMS) to upload reporting templates. The new site makes it easier to exchange information with us and furthers our goal of becoming a paperless company by utilizing secure data transfers.

DMS for Multifamily Loan Servicing will serve as a central location for Servicers to upload loan accounting reports, including the Sales Data Update Template and quarterly Reserves Deposit Reports. Servicers can also use the site to retrieve servicing statements and fee notifications from Freddie Mac Multifamily.

Servicers can begin using DMS for Multifamily Loan Servicing for the August 12, 2014, Sales Data Update Template deliverable. Use of the DMS for Multifamily Loan Servicing will be required for these reports going forward.

Accessing DMS

To access DMS, contact your organization’s Freddie Mac System Administrator for your username and password. Then, visit our Investor Reporting page, select the DMS tab in the applications box and click the green login button.
