DMS Replaces Email Delivery of Loan Servicing Reports

Servicers were given the opportunity to reduce email and reliance on paper by using our Document Management System (DMS) for submission of August loan servicing reports. Servicers replaced sending emails with attachments by uploading templates and downloading statements through a central place, DMS for Multifamily Loan Servicing.

Effective with September reporting deadlines, Servicers are required to use DMS for Multifamily Loan Servicing for submitting the Sales Data Update Template  and quarterly Reserves Deposit Reports. Servicers will also use the site to retrieve servicing statements and fee notifications from Freddie Mac Multifamily.

DMS Resources

It is very easy to get started with DMS, if you have not yet had a chance to log in. Simply, contact your organization’s Freddie Mac System Administrator for your username and password. Then, visit our Investor Reporting page, select the DMS tab in the applications box and click the green login button.
