CRT Dashboard Enhancements

January 16, 2015

The Consent Request Tracker (CRT) Dashboard was recently introduced to help you meet the consent request turnaround times provided under our Servicing Standard. This week we added two new Dashboard features, which provide more information to all Servicers involved in preparing and approving borrower consent requests.

Future Pipeline Link

You will notice a new Quick Link, Future Pipeline, at the top of your Dashboard. Master and Special Servicers now have the ability to view consent requests that are in process by another servicer, but will be coming to that Master or Special Servicer in the future. The Future Pipeline will allow you to plan for your review prior to receiving the consent request package.

With all of the Quick Links, you can easily view your future, active, next-level and package pipelines. Every pipeline is available for download into a Microsoft Excel® report for further convenience.

Additional Column Headings

The Dashboard has been expanded by three columns: PS (Primary Servicer), MS (Master Servicer) and SS (Special Servicer). The name of each servicing partner is visible on each consent request at the end of each row on the Dashboard. You no longer have to drill down or to another menu to find out who the Servicer is that you are working with on a request.

CRT Resources

To help you better use the Dashboard, please download the latest training materials. You will find this and other materials under the CRT Resources section on our Asset Management page.

Please contact your Freddie Mac Asset Management representative about any CRT Dashboard questions.
