MultiSuite® for Investor Reporting (MSIR)

Due to a recent upgrade of the Citrix Receiver, an application used to access Multisuite for Investor Reporting (MSIR), some users may receive the following or similar error message when attempting to log in to MSIR:

Should you receive this or a similar error message, please complete the following steps:

  1. Completely shut down, and then restart your computer.
  2. Delete the “Browsing History” for your Internet browser as shown:
    • Step 1 – Go to “Tools” on your Internet browser:

    • Step 2 – Select “Delete”:

    • Step 3 – Select the checked items, and then click “Delete”:
