• Updated Refinance Test Available for Loans Not Rate Locked by April 2nd (Now April 16th)
  March 19, 2012 - Freddie Mac is providing an updated version of the Refinance Test to reflect the most current multifamily market conditions. Seller/Servicers should only use this version for new loans that have not been rate-locked as of April 16.
