Freddie Mac to Issue Second Quarter 2007 Financial Results on August 30, 2007

McLean, VA Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) announced today that the company will release its second quarter 2007 financial results before the NYSE market open on Thursday, August 30, 2007.

The company will hold a conference call at 10:00 am Eastern Time on Thursday, August 30, 2007 to discuss the company's results.  Before the call, investors are encouraged to review the company's press release, the consolidated financial statements and core tables, the related Information Statement Supplement, and accompanying slide presentation to be used during the conference call.  All of these materials will be available on the company's Web site at www.FreddieMac.com/investors/webcasts.
