As Multifamily Chief Financial Officer, Bill Buskirk is responsible for the accounting, financial, and management reporting function of Freddie Mac’s Multifamily business line, which includes a managed portfolio of approximately $100 billion in loans that support the acquisition, refinance, rehabilitation, and construction of apartment communities. Buskirk has been with Freddie Mac for approximately 11 years, and has served in various roles within Finance. Before joining Freddie Mac, he worked as an audit manager for Arthur Andersen LLP where he led various assurance and consulting engagements for a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies. Buskirk is a certified public accountant and holds the chartered financial analyst designation.
