In today's mortgage market, the success of your organization requires that you be grounded in the foundation of strong and thoughtful underwriting. Given challenges current market conditions pose in connection with determining accurate property values, it is especially critical that appraisals support the value of the property.

Geared toward those who are new to reviewing the appraisal, this interactive 2-hour webinar will include reviewing requirements and guidelines of the appraisal report. The webinar will focus on our Seller/Servicer requirements for appraisals outlined in the Guide, ensuring credible appraisals, the selection of comparable sales, and best practices for monitoring appraisal quality.
