This 2.5-hour webinar will help Servicers understand how to use Freddie Mac's enhanced Workout Prospector (WP) online application tool. This session is beneficial to individuals who analyze and structure foreclosure alternatives such as Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) loans, traditional loan modifications and short payoffs.
As of November 21st, this session will only focus on traditional (non-HAMP) loan modifications and short payoffs. For HAMP eligible loans attend HAMP: Underwriting & Processing with Workout Prospector®.
Prerequisites:
This session is for employees of approved Freddie Mac Servicers only

Attending the HAMP Overview is recommended
