Training Catalog: Course Description

Beginning November 2009 all Servicers will be required to use Workout Prospector (WP) for evaluating all borrowers for a modification under the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). This 2-hour briefing will help Servicers understand how to use the new HAMP screen developed in Freddie Mac's Workout Prospector online application tool.

New users and those not proficient in WP should sign up for the webinar entitled -- Workout Prospector - How it Works.

• This session is for employees of approved Freddie Mac Servicers only
• Simultaneous access to the Internet (to receive the visual presentation) and a telephone (to receive audio)
• Attendees must have an existing user ID and be proficient in WP
• Attended the HAMP Overview and HAMP Tools and Resources webinars
• Course materials will be e-mailed to you prior to the start of the session
