Loan Selling AdvisorSM is an evolution of our automated selling and delivery system, the Selling System® . It simplifies the selling process by integrating pricing, contracting, loan delivery and allocation, note certification and settlement functions into one system. This 30-minuter webinar provides a walk-through of Loan Selling Advisor, system and navigational changes and how to access functions to successfully sell and deliver mortgages to Freddie Mac. We'll discuss the importance of using the Customer Test Environment (CTE) to help you prepare for system conversion. CTE lets you simulate the selling and delivery process testing contract and loan data scenarios, export, import and more.

  • Simultaneous access to the Internet (to receive the visual presentation) and a telephone (to receive audio)
  • Course materials will be emailed to attendees prior to the start of the session
  • This session is for Freddie Mac-approved Seller/Servicers ONLY, and not for the general public

Obtain an overall understanding of how to log on, navigate and access your selling and delivery functions in Loan Selling Advisor, Freddie Mac's premier online tool for selling and purchasing mortgages. It integrates secondary marketing functions from pricing to funding and helps you easily deliver mortgages to Freddie Mac under a variety of executions.
