  Description:    
  Join the Customer Education team in a default servicing workshop that explores the foreclosure process from making the decision to refer the mortgage file for foreclosure, to completing the foreclosure sale and acquiring clear and marketable title. Highlights include:
  • Discussion of when to start or suspend foreclosure activities
  • Foreclosure referral requirements
  • Preparing and submitting the credit bid
  • Monthly default reporting requirements
  • Managing to state foreclosure timelines and the appeals process
  • Electronic Default Reporting (EDR)
  • REO "rollback"

We will also discuss Time Line ManagerSM, which is one of our manager series of tools that can be used to assist in proactively managing your foreclosure portfolio.
