This 2-hour webinar introduces Freddie Mac's Standard Modification which provides borrowers who are 60 or more days delinquent or facing imminent default an option to resolve their delinquency and sustain homeownership. The Standard Modification's underwriting will enable Freddie Mac Servicers to evaluate financially distressed homeowners for a modification quickly and, if eligible, the borrower can achieve assistance and resolution faster.
