This 75-minute Recorded Webinar available 24/7, provides Delivery staff with the basics of manually creating a loan, importing loan data, and evaluating and/or modifying loan data through the Best Efforts and Mandatory delivery paths, for both Servicing Retained and Servicing Released cash executions.

  • Participants must complete the 17-minute recorded webinar Introduction to the Selling System prior to participating in this webinar
  • This session is for employees of approved Freddie Mac Seller/Servicers only been approved for the Selling System
  • Internet-connected computer with sound been approved for the Selling System

Understand the loan entry process for Best Efforts and Mandatory delivery paths for both Servicing Retained and Servicing Released cash executions using Freddie Mac's selling system. Participants will learn the basics of the system's functionalities from creating, importing, evaluating, and modifying loan data through deleting loans from the pipeline, comparing loan data with Loan Prospector and printing loan information.
