The Uniform Collateral Data Portal^SM (UCDP^SM) is part of a larger effort by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to implement uniform appraisal and other loan delivery standards.

This is the first of two webinars that introduces you to the requirements and instructions to successfully submit appraisal data files to the UCDP. The first webinar provides a general overview of UCDP functionality. In this training we will access the UCDP to submit an appraisal data file and take you on a tour of the various options available in the UCDP. This training will also provide you an opportunity to evaluate your UCDP implementation plans and prepare for a smooth adoption.

The second training webinar (Using the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP): Part 2 - Submitting Appraisal Data Files to the UCDP) provides a step-by-step process for the submission of appraisal data files, how to view previously submitted appraisal data files, resolve errors and receive a successful status.

Collectively, these two webinars will provide you with what you need to know for the successful electronic submission of appraisal data files that conform to GSE requirements.
