The Uniform Collateral Data PortalSM (UCDPSM) is part of a larger effort by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to implement uniform appraisal and other loan delivery standards.
This is the second of two webinars that introduces you to the requirements and instructions to successfully submit appraisal data files to the UCDP. In this session, we will access the UCDP for you to gain a working knowledge of how to submit multiple appraisal data files and identify possible solutions to resolve critical issues to receive a "Successful" status.
The first training webinar (Using the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP): Part 1 - Navigating through the UCDP, recommended but not required) provides a general overview of UCDP functionality and a working knowledge of the basic functionality of the UCDP and what you will need to do before you can begin submitting appraisal data files.
Collectively, these two webinars will provide you with what you need to know for the successful electronic submission of appraisal data files that conform to GSE requirements.
