FHA/VA Executions
Expanded FHA/VA offering provides you with a new multilender execution
Freddie Mac now offers a complete range of executions to help you sell Federal Housing Administration (FHA)/Veterans Affairs (VA) loans1 to us. The expanded FHA/VA offering provides swap (Gold PCs® for FHA loans), cash and multilender executions for FHA/VA loans sold to Freddie Mac with recourse. The full range of executions is now available to all of our lenders.
Our FHA/VA offering is effective for deliveries beginning April 3, 2000.
1Note: This program may require that Sellers comply with various federal, state or local laws, and Sellers should seek the advice of their counsel prior to implementation.
Key Advantages
- Reduces excess servicing
- Allows for buy-ups and buy-downs
- May provide a better all-in execution for 1/4 and 1/8 coupon FHA/VA loans
- Enables you to sell eligible mortgages to Freddie Mac in exchange for PCs under the new FHA/VA Multilender Swap Program

- Provides lenders with opportunity to swap loans into a larger pool and receive back a pro rata share
- Allows for settlements throughout the month

Eligibility Requirements
- Each mortgage must be a fixed-rate, level payment, fully amortizing, first-lien FHA Mortgage or VA Mortgage
- Lenders must be approved by Freddie Mac to sell FHA/VA with recourse
