Gold Cash® offers you a choice of eight delivery periods - 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 days. We base our delivery periods on calendar, not business, days. The shorter the delivery period, the higher the price. If you specify 5-, 10-, 15-, 30-, 45- or 60-day delivery, you can deliver any day within the delivery period except the day you take out the commitment. For 75-day commitments, you must deliver the loans between day 61 and day 75. For 90-day commitments, you must deliver the loans between day 61 and day 90.
Because shorter delivery periods provide a better price for your mortgages, you should choose the shortest delivery period possible that allows you to close and deliver the loans. The delivery period represents the number of days between the date of your agreement (through Gold Connection or the commitment line) and the date we must receive all required mortgage documentation.
