Important Notice
Freddie Mac has published the Phase II specification for the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) to continue our efforts to enhance data quality, consistency and accuracy. Lenders must begin collecting the Phase II data points for all loans with Application Received Dates on or after March 1, 2014, and delivered on or after August 25, 2014.
The Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) supports the work to implement uniform loan delivery data standards and defines the data that we require at loan delivery based on loan type, loan feature or other business requirements. The ULDD helps improve data accuracy, simplifies the exchange of data, and increases confidence that loan data delivered to Freddie Mac is complete and accurate. We recently published the Phase II specification for the ULDD to continue to support the goals of the Uniform Mortgage Data Program and strengthen the overall mortgage market by capturing quality data about each loan delivered to Freddie Mac.

The following resources provide the technical documentation that Freddie Mac-approved Sellers and vendors need to implement Freddie Mac's loan delivery data requirements for the Phase II ULDD:
- Appendix A – Freddie Mac XML Data Requirements V.3.1.0 has been updated for Phase II and provides details about the subset of loan delivery data points specified in the MISMO Version 3.0 Reference Model that will be used in the selling system. The Appendix A Addendum has been incorporated into Tab 9 of Appendix A. – Updated as of March 26, 2013
- Appendix D – This Excel spreadsheet, Freddie Mac XML Data Requirements Reference Tool V.3.1.0, is identical to the Appendix A PDF above, and is designed to enable Sellers and vendors to easily sort and organize the information in the Appendix A PDF document. - Appendix E – MISMO V.3.0 Reference Model with GSE Extensions: Specifies the use of two extension containers for two data points not supported in V3.0 of the MISMO Reference
